Casiku Casino VIP Program: The Casiku Club Levels and Rewards
Our VIP program is called the Casiku Club, and you join it automatically with your first deposit. From there you collect Loyalty Points on what you put in and on what you stake, climb through five levels from Jack to Joker, and pick up rewards on a weekly and monthly cycle.

Joining the Casiku Club and where you start
There is no separate sign-up for the VIP program. Make your first deposit and your Casiku Club membership is granted automatically, at Jack level, which is where every new player begins.
Your first deposit also credits 500 Loyalty Points straight away. After that, points come from two directions: the money you deposit and the money you stake. Your running points total sits in Account Details, so you can see where you are before you decide what to redeem.
Casiku Casino is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 52894. Your account is verified before your first withdrawal, and club rewards are only ever paid to the person named on the account.
Promotions need an opt-in
Club rewards and the monthly promotion are opt-in. Switch them on from your account before the qualifying period starts, or the points you collect will not be converted into a reward.
The five club levels and what each one adds
The levels follow a card theme: Jack is the entry tier, Queen sits in the middle, King is the advanced tier, Ace is the elite tier and Joker is the top level. Each step up keeps everything from the level below and adds something on top.
| Level | Position | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Jack | Entry level | Welcome and first deposit offer; Monthly Rewards unlock when you reach Queen |
| Queen | Mid-tier | Monthly Rewards; a higher withdrawal amount unlocks when you reach King |
| King | Advanced tier | Weekly promotions by email with lower wagering; higher withdrawal amount |
| Ace | Elite tier | Faster withdrawal processing and special rewards |
| Joker | Top level | Weekly promotions by email with lower wagering, higher withdrawal amount and a personal account manager |

Big games, big bonuses
The two benefits players notice most are the lower wagering on the weekly offers sent to King and Joker members, and the payout side: a higher withdrawal allowance from King upwards, and quicker processing from Ace. A personal account manager comes in at Joker.
How you collect Loyalty Points on deposits and play
Deposits earn points at 100% of the amount: 1 point for every £1 you deposit, on deposits of £10 or more. Your very first deposit also carries the one-off 500-point credit on top.
Stakes earn points too, at a rate that depends on what you are playing. Slots pay the fastest; video poker, roulette and card games are the slowest, because the house edge on those games is thinner.
| Activity | Points earned |
|---|---|
| First deposit | 500 points, credited immediately |
| Any later deposit (£10 minimum) | 1 point per £1 deposited |
| Slots play | 1 point per £5 staked |
| All other games | 1 point per £10 staked |
| Video poker, roulette and card games | 1 point per £40 staked |
A quick worked example. You deposit £200, which gives you 200 points, and your first-deposit credit of 500 points takes you to 700. You then stake £1,000 across slots over the following week, adding another 200 points. You are at 900 points, just under the 1,000 you need to redeem anything.
Turning points into bonus funds: the rate, the caps and the 3-day clock
Points convert into bonus funds at £5 per 1,000 points. The minimum you can redeem at once is 1,000 points, and the most you can convert in a single day is 10,000 points, which comes to £50.
Converted points arrive as bonus funds, not as cash. They carry 40× wagering on real money games, and anything left unused expires after 3 days. That short window is the part worth planning around: redeem when you actually have time to play, rather than the moment you cross the threshold.
Open Account Details and look at your Loyalty Points balance.
Convert at £5 per 1,000 points, up to 10,000 points a day.
Multiply the bonus amount by 40 to see what you need to stake before the funds can turn into withdrawable money.
Unused bonus funds are removed at the end of the 3-day period.
£50 of bonus funds means £2,000 of staking
At 40× wagering, a £50 conversion needs £2,000 staked before the balance can be cashed out, and you have 3 days to do it. Redeem an amount that matches how much you actually plan to play.
Game contribution is not flat. Not every game counts towards wagering at the same rate, and the contribution table on site shows what each category puts in. Slots are the quickest way through a playthrough; table games move it along far more slowly.
Royal Flush Rewards and the weekly rhythm
Royal Flush Rewards is the loyalty payout attached to your club level. It lands every Monday, and Jack, Queen, King, Ace and Joker members all receive it, scaled to where they sit in the club.
The rest of the week has its own fixtures: up to 100 spins on Turbo Spin Tuesdays, the Bonus Back Bonanza on Wednesday returning 10% of real cash losses up to £50 with 10× wagering, and the Saturday Reload Boost at 25% up to £25, also with 10× wagering. Sunday brings the £500 Casiku Loyalty Raffle, where points earned through the week can win up to £100 in cash.
King and Joker members get something extra here: weekly promotions sent by email that carry lower wagering than the standard offers. Those arrive to the address on your account, so keep marketing emails switched on if you want them.
- Monday - Royal Flush Rewards, based on your club level
- Tuesday - Turbo Spin Tuesdays, up to 100 spins
- Wednesday - Bonus Back Bonanza, 10% of cash losses back up to £50, 10× wagering
- Saturday - Reload Boost, 25% match up to £25, 10× wagering
- Sunday - £500 Casiku Loyalty Raffle, up to £100 cash
The Monthly Reward and what your points are worth at each tier
On top of the weekly calendar there is the Casiku Monthly Reward, an opt-in promotion that pays out on the points you collect during a calendar month. It runs from 00:01 GMT on the first day of the month to 23:59 GMT on the last.
| Points in the month | Reward |
|---|---|
| 100 | 20 bonus spins |
| 500 | £5 |
| 1,000 | £10 |
| 3,000 | £20 |
| 5,000 | £30 |
| 10,000 | £50 |
| 25,000 | £100 |
| 100,000+ | £200 |
Rewards are credited automatically on the 1st of the following month and must be claimed within 72 hours. The funds and spins also have to be used inside that 72-hour window; anything left is removed. Wagering is 40× on both the bonus funds and on winnings from the bonus spins, with the Slots Bonus contribution column applying to spin winnings and the Slots & Tables column to bonus funds.

Your next big win starts here
Two more rules shape this one. Points do not carry over from one month into the next, so a month that ends just short of a tier starts again from zero. The promotion is valid once per household and IP address, and winnings from the bonus funds may be limited to 10 times the credited bonus amount.
Holding on to your level and keeping your points alive
Climbing is only half of it. To retain a new status level you need to make at least one deposit every 7 days from the moment you are upgraded. Miss that rhythm and the level you have just earned is not held.
Points have their own clock. If the account sits idle for 30 days, the Loyalty Points balance is zeroed. If you are building towards a Monthly Reward tier or saving for a conversion, a long break will cost you the balance rather than pause it.
Two clocks to keep an eye on
Seven days between deposits keeps a new level; thirty days of inactivity clears your points. Checking your balance in Account Details once a week is enough to stay ahead of both.
Set your own limits before you chase a tier. Deposit limits, cool-off, time out, reality checks, the clock-off option, a payday timeout and self-exclusion are all set directly from your account, with no need to contact us first. A reward tier is never a reason to deposit more than you planned.
Club rules that decide what you can claim
The club rules are short and worth knowing before you start collecting. Rewards and benefits are payable only to the individual named on the account, and nothing can be transferred between accounts. One account per player applies throughout, and holding more than one can lead to accounts being closed and winnings voided.
- Opt in from your account before a promotion's qualifying period begins
- Minimum deposit of £10 for points to accrue on a deposit
- Converted points are bonus funds with 40× wagering and a 3-day life
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering is complete
- Maximum payout limits apply regardless of your stake or your winnings
- Account verification is completed before your first withdrawal
- 18+ only, and affordability checks apply
While any welcome bonus is active the maximum bet is £5, and that cap includes stakes funded by bonus spins. Going over it while a bonus is in play is the most common way a reward is lost, so keep your stake under the limit until the playthrough is done.
Start the club at Jack
Our Welcome Package runs up to £6,000 + 250 Free Spins across your first deposits, with 35× wagering on the bonus, a £20 minimum deposit, a £5 max bet while it is active and 30 days to use it. Your first deposit also opens your Casiku Club membership and credits 500 Loyalty Points.
Getting the most from the program without overreaching
If you mostly play slots, points build quickly: £5 staked is a point, so a steady session does more for your balance than an occasional big one. If roulette and card games are your preference, expect the points to come slowly at 1 per £40, and lean on deposit points instead.
Timing helps as well. Because the Monthly Reward resets at the end of the month and converted points expire after 3 days, the simplest approach is to check your total in the last few days of the month, see which tier is within reach, and then redeem once you know you have time to play through what you convert.
Everything here is entertainment, and the outcome of every spin and every hand is uncertain. Decide what you are comfortable spending, set a deposit limit to match, and treat points and rewards as a bonus on top of play you were going to do anyway - never as a reason to keep going. If gambling stops feeling fun, the self-assessment test, cool-off and self-exclusion tools are in your account, and our live chat and email support are open 24/7 in English.
Questions about your level or your points?
Live chat and email are available around the clock, and your current points total is always in Account Details.
