General rules that apply to every game

You may hold one account with us. It must be opened in your own name, with accurate details, and used only by you. Playing from more than one account, or letting another person play on your account, breaks these rules, and bets placed in that way may be made void.

Your account can hold real money and bonus balance. Where both are available, each round is taken from the balance shown as active in the cashier, and the game screen tells you which balance a bet is drawn from. Bonus balance is held separately from withdrawable funds until the conditions attached to it have been met.

  • Our games are for players aged 18 and over only.
  • We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity and age of every account holder, and we may ask for documents at any time.
  • A bet is final once it is confirmed.
  • Games and transfers between accounts must not be used to move funds or to disguise where money has come from.
  • We may suspend a game, a table or an account while we look into unusual patterns of play.

Because a bet is final once confirmed, we cannot cancel, change or refund it because of a mis-click, a change of mind or an unexpected result. Take a moment to check the stake, the bet level and the number of lines or ways in play before you confirm a round.

How bets and spins are settled

Every round is generated, resolved and recorded on the game server, not on your device. The result held by the server is the result that counts. It is used to settle the round, to credit any win and to build the play history shown in your account.

Each game carries its own rules, paytable and help screen, opened from the menu inside the game. Those rules set out the winning combinations, how lines or ways pay, how features are triggered, how a round is resolved and any limits that apply. Where a game's own rules differ from a shorter description shown elsewhere, the rules inside the game apply.

The return to player figure for each game is shown in its help screen. It is a long-run theoretical figure, calculated across a very large number of rounds. It does not predict a single session, and results over a short period may fall well above or well below it.

A figure shown before a feature endsThe total pay confirmed at the end of the round

Malfunctions and interrupted play

A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, a feature or the systems behind it fail to work as designed, the affected round and anything paid from it are void, and the stake for that round is returned to the balance it was taken from.

This covers faults such as an error in a game's software, a pay credited at the wrong level, a round credited twice, a paytable or price displayed incorrectly, and faults in the systems that record play. Where a fault has credited more than it should, we will correct the balance; if the funds have already been withdrawn, we will ask for the difference to be returned.

If your connection drops, or your device or browser closes mid-round, the round carries on where it stands on the server. When you next open the game, an unfinished round is either resumed from the point it stopped or settled automatically, and the outcome is applied to your account. Free spins and features already awarded remain available under the game's own rules.

Closing a game does not cancel a round

A round that has already started will be settled on the server. Open the game again, or check your account history, before placing the same bet a second time.

Playing with bonus funds

Bonus funds, free spins and any other promotional credit are governed by the terms published with the offer and by our general promotional terms. Those terms set the wagering requirement, how long the bonus lasts, which games it may be played on and the maximum that can be withdrawn from it.

Maximum bet while wagering

While a wagering requirement is open, a maximum bet applies to each round. It is shown in the terms of the offer and in your account. Rounds placed above that limit may be void, and any winnings arising from them removed along with the bonus.

Game contributions

Games contribute towards wagering at different rates, set out in the offer terms. Slots usually contribute in full, while table games, live tables and certain low-margin games contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Play on a game that does not contribute does not bring the requirement any closer to being cleared.

  • Bonus funds must not be used to cover both sides of a bet or to follow other low-risk betting patterns.
  • Feature or bonus buys may be excluded while a wagering requirement is open.
  • A bonus and the balance tied to it expire together once the stated period ends.
  • Only one bonus runs at a time unless the offer says otherwise.

Live casino and table games

Live tables are dealt by a dealer in a studio and streamed to your device. The dealer's call at the table, together with the result recorded by the table system, settles the round. Where the stream and the recorded result do not agree, the recorded result stands.

Each round has a betting window, shown by the timer on the table. Late bets are not accepted: if a stake is not confirmed and registered before the timer ends, it does not stand, even where it appeared briefly on your screen, and it is returned to your balance.

Every table has its own help section covering the variant on offer, side bets, payouts, seat and chat rules, and how a dealing error is handled. A misdeal, a card or ball out of position, or a result that cannot be read clearly is dealt with under those rules. Where a round cannot be completed fairly, it is void and stakes are returned.

Queries and disputes about a round

If you believe a round has been settled incorrectly, write to us at support@casinocasiku.co.uk or use the live chat on the site. So that we can trace the round quickly, please include:

  1. The name of the game or live table.
  2. The date and time of the round, including the time zone you were in.
  3. The round or transaction reference from your account history.
  4. The stake placed and the result shown on your screen.
  5. A short description of what you expected to happen.

We will check the round against the server records and come back to you with what those records show. Our records of play are the record used to settle a query. If you are not satisfied with our answer, our complaints procedure sets out the next steps, including the alternative dispute resolution provider named there once our own process is complete.

Staying in control

Our games are for players aged 18 and over. You can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude from your account settings at any time. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop allows you to self-exclude from licensed online operators in Great Britain.
